It Didn't Start in a Boardroom
MEGC started in August 2019 in a spare bedroom outside Camp Lejeune: boxes stacked to the ceiling, shelves built by hand, orders run at midnight between fire shifts. Founder Reagan Roberts was coming off six years as a Marine Infantryman and pulling shifts as a firefighter when the first orders shipped.
Then firefighters started tagging their buddies. Service members shared the brand. Departments kept ordering — because they trusted someone who spoke their language. One spare bedroom turned into two. Two turned into a warehouse. Today MEGC is a full production operation serving the people who actually need quality gear, fast answers, and reliability from someone who didn't forget what service feels like.

From Spare Bedroom to Production Floor
2019 · The Garage
Founded in August 2019 while Reagan was still on active duty, built nights and weekends around college and an evening fire academy.
The Grind
Slow and sleepless growth. Firefighters tagged their buddies, units launched their first custom stores, and word of mouth did the marketing.
The Facility
A real production floor in Jacksonville, NC, DTG, DTF, screen printing, embroidery, and 3PL warehousing under one roof.
Today
600+ military, fire, and police departments served, 34,000+ orders shipped, and a custom-built automation platform connecting partners to our floor.
Standing With Patrol Base Abbate
We're a proud partner of Patrol Base Abbate, a 501(c)(3) helping veterans find community and purpose. MEGC makes recurring donations supporting veterans returning to base, printed the team shirts for PBA's Marine Corps Marathon running club, and has sent thousands of care packages to forward-deployed units.
